Twinports: DFMP and EIRH Medication Assisted Therapy Project

Objective

The purpose of this pilot project is to increase access to office-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD) in Twin Ports (Duluth, MN and Superior, WI) and surrounding areas through assessment of community primary care clinics readiness to implement MAT, including an assessment of need, barriers and facilitators for MAT implementation.
