Ely Behavioral Health Network

Objective

The purpose of the Ely Behavioral Health Network, a program within the Ely Community Care Team, a cross sectoral (vertical) network formed in 2011 to address overall community health and wellness with a network of agencies and community partners, formed in 2014. Its purpose is to address gaps and coordinate behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder) services in Northern St. Louis County.
