Intermountain Risk Score (IMRS)

Objective

This study aims to validate the Intermountain Risk Scores (IMRS) within the Essentia patient population. The IMRS are clinical decision support tools that use various predictors and a natural language processing application to aid in the identification of heart failure patients and is predictive of heart failure hospitalization, 30-day mortality, and 1-year mortality.
