Improving Awareness, Treatment, and Control of Cholesterol and Ideal Cardiovascular Health in Untreated/Uncontrolled Familial Hypercholesterolemia and Severe Hypercholesterolemia Patients (IATC-FH)

Objective

The goal of this study is to describe the burden of severe hypercholesterolemia (SH) and improve the awareness, treatment, and control of high cholesterol within our patient population.
