Fall Session: Starting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024
When: Tuesdays 4:00 – 5:00pm
Location to be determined, either Essentia Health Grief Support Services, 503 E 3rd street Duluth, MN
OR
Essentia Health Wellness Center, 4289 Ugstad Rd, Hermantown, MN

This 6-session weekly program is for Teens ages 13-18 who have experienced the death of a friend or family member.
Program goals:
· To provide a welcoming and safe space to interact with other teens who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings
· To create opportunities to express grief through art and fun activities
· To share skills that help cope with grief

Teens Can Cope is available at no cost thanks to the generous support of the Essentia Health Foundation-Grief Support Fund, but pre-registration is required.
