This class helps to prepare children for their new baby brother or sister and provides helpful tips for making the adjustment easier for both siblings and parents. We will help to reassure your children that they have a special place in the family as their roles as a big brother or sister are discussed. You and your child/children will participate in activities designed to increase their knowledge of a new baby’s appearance and capabilities.
The class is geared toward children ages 2-8.
There is no cost to attend this class! Please register online now.
This class is an ONLINE class and will NOT meet in person. Enjoy the class from your home. If you have these items available a doll or stuffed animal that your child can practice with for the holding "baby" portion of the class and a piece of paper, crayons/markers to make a birthday card, please have that available also.
When registering for the class use a valid email address as this will be how I send you the link to "Join" the class a few days prior to the class start date:
1. Use a Web browser or download the free "Teams App" on smartphone, tablet, etc.
2. Click on the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the email that you will receive a few days prior to the class start date
3. You will need to have a Microsoft account to join
4. Make sure to Sign in prior to the start date to ensure it works
