Hermantown Adult Group (for adults 18 and older grieving the loss of a friend or loved one)
When: first Tuesday of each month from 10:00-11:00am
Where: Hermantown Wellness Center, Hermantown, MN
All are welcome – free of charge
This group is an outreach service of Essentia Health Grief Support Services, Duluth, MNgriefcenter@essentiahealth.org
This Group will be starting on Tuesday, June 7th, and is an In-Person Grief Group that is free of charge. Please call Grief Support Services at 218786-4402 and request a Group Consent form. We will email you the consent form, then please email the completed consent back to us and we will forward it on to the group facilitator, who will then make contact with you.
