4th Trimester - Duluth, MN

You have just given birth to your baby and now what? What do you do when your baby is up all night or she may be sick or teething? How do you adapt to your new life? Learn what to expect in the first months after you take your baby home from the hospital. Topics include common newborn care such as soothing, what to do when they are sick, diaper rash, introducing solid foods and much more. Also included is how to plan for an easier postpartum period for yourself with general health and safety issues for mom. This class is open to to families that are still pregnant or have already given birth. There will be a lot of time set aside for questions and connection.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, classes occur in the virtual setting using Microsoft Teams. You will be sent an email invite with log on information prior to class.
