According to the American Heart Association, choking is the #1 cause of unintentional death in infants.
This class is designed for new parents, grandparents, or other family members on how to relieve choking in an infant and how to perform infant CPR who want to learn lifesaving CPR and choking skills, but DO NOT NEED a course completion card. This course utilizes the research-proven Practice-While-Watching technique of CPR instruction, is co-branded with the American Academy of Pediatrics, and provides an emphasis on CPR with breaths for infants.

This class is held at the Essentia Health 52nd Avenue Clinic. Please check-in at the registration desk and you will be given a badge to use. Follow the posted signs to the conference room for class.
You may park on the Northeast or South sides of the building
If there are less than 3 registered for this class, the class may be canceled. You will be contacted and an alternative class will be offered.
