Description

This class is designed to prepare you for a successful and rewarding breastfeeding experience.  Class attendance is recommended before the birth of your baby.  

 Topics discussed include:

  • The Benefits and Management of Exclusive Breastfeeding
  • How to initiate Breastfeeding within one hour of birth (The Sacred Hour and Skin-to-Skin)
  • Understanding your newborn’s feeding cues
  • The benefits of Rooming-In for you and your Baby

**This class will not be held in-person due to Covid-19. You will receive an email invite the week of class to join this class online using Microsoft Teams. Please download the Microsoft Teams App as needed depending on your device.
