Breastfeeding and Back to Work - Fargo, ND

This class is designed to support the breastfeeding mother during the transition of spending time away from your baby. You may be returning to work or school, either full-time or part time and we want to provide you with the knowledge and tools that you need to continue providing breastmilk to your baby. Topics will include:

• Transition to pumping and returning to work/school
• How to maintain your milk supply
• Physical and emotional needs
• How to have discussion with your employer
• Knowing your rights/breastfeeding law
• When to seek consultation

This class will help you feel confident about breastfeeding and returning to work. You are welcome to attend this class prior to your delivery or post-partum.
