Holidays, anniversaries, birthdays and other times of year can be especially difficult when you are grieving. Join Heidi Blix and Kristine Fitch as they share ideas for coping with those tough days. Topics include the importance of self-care, setting boundaries, and the benefit of creating cope ahead plans and redefining your priorities. All are welcome and there is no cost or registration to participate. We hope to see you there! You are welcome to stay after the presentation for the Tree of Lights event which begins at 11:00. Parking is available in the green ramp, lot 31, or nearby street parking.

Grieving a loved one during the holiday season can be especially hard. St. Mary’s Grief Support is here for you throughout all holidays in your journey to honor and remember your loved ones. You’re invited to the Tree of Lights program - our annual gathering to honor and remember our loved 

ones, while supporting the meaningful resources that St. Mary’s Grief Support has to offer. Following a brief program you are invited to participate in memory making craft activities.

Your support facilitates healing in many forms, including free support groups for grieving youth and adults, grief support literature, memory making resources for bereaved parents, as well as community education and outreach with our Grief Notes newsletter.
