Fargo Joint (Hip & Knee) Replacement Class.

**You only need to attend one class prior to surgery.

The key to a successful joint replacement begins with preoperative education. At Essentia Health Fargo, Total Joint Wellness Classes are highly encouraged prior to surgery and may even be required by your surgeon. Classes are held 1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursday of each month from 2-4pm or the 2nd, 4th Tuesday of each month from 10am-12pm. Dates may vary month to month. Classes are held virtually via Zoom Webinar at this time.

• Knowledge on how to prepare for your surgery
• What to expect during your hospitalization
• How to take an active role in your recovery
• Education from nursing staff
• Demonstrations from Physical and Occupational Therapy
