Heart Failure Support Group - Duluth, MN

The Heart Failure Support Group is a place where individuals dealing with heart failure can gather to share their experiences, celebrate achievements, and discuss their concerns with each other.

We will meet the first Tuesday of the month from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the new St. Mary's Medical Center- Building B-Respect Conference Room on the main Concourse Level 6 (this is the same location as Registration and the coffee shop). 

Please meet in the Lobby/Atrium inside the hospital just on the main Concourse Level 6. Plan to arrive by 1:50. We will all go to the meeting room together. You will not be able to get into the meeting space unless someone is already there with the door open. Feel free to use the free Valet Parking to get dropped off at the front doors. If you need assistance with a wheelchair, someone in blue can assist with transport and getting you a wheelchair.

Please register ahead of time so we can ensure our meeting space will accommodate our numbers. Call 218-786-3443 and ask for a Heart Failure Nurse. Please register by the Wednesday night before the meeting.
