Essentia Health Mid Dakota Women's Center invites girls ages 9-13 and their mothers to attend this special "Girl Talk" session.
Girl Talk is a workshop where you will learn and discuss:
- The Menstrual Cycle
- Acne & Hygiene
- How to Shave
- Nutrition During Your Period
- Breast Development
- Fitness During Your Period
- Menstrual Products
