This class is designed for patients who are looking to spend additional time learning about and practicing comfort techniques for labor.  Topics will include: aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, guided imagery, progressive relaxation, breathing techniques, massage, use of the birthing ball, and other labor positions.  This class should be taken following a Childbirth Preparation class, prior to childbirth.
