This one evening refresher class is designed for parents who have taken Prepared Childbirth education before and have had at least one child. It is ideal to start taking this class when you are between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant. Registration reserves space for mother and her partner.
Topics covered include:
- Review of the labor process
- Various positions and relaxation techniques that are helpful in labor.
- Recent practice changes related to Skin-to-Skin/The Sacred Hour and Rooming-In Benefits
