A series of 2 evening classes, Childbirth Preparation is based upon Lamaze Childbirth Education principles and is designed to help prepare you for the delivery of your baby. It is ideal to start taking this class when you are between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant.

This class should be taken following a Childbirth Preparation class, prior to childbirth.
