Breastfeeding Class - Duluth, MN

This one-night class is for expectant families interested in breastfeeding their babies. A certified Lactation Consultant offers information on how to get off to the best possible start with breastfeeding. Labor coaches are encouraged to attend.

Classes are held in-person but have a virtual option using Microsoft Teams. You will be sent an email invite with log on information prior to class.

If you are attending in-person, plan on showing up for class by 5:45 p.m. to get settled in and find a spot. 

The class will be in the Mission Conference room in the new hospital. Directions to the class are below.

• Park in the Green Ramp off 2nd street 
  • Green Ramp - Google Maps
  • Walk across 2^nd Street to the new hospital
  • Use the Main Entrance
  • Take a right at the registration desk toward the coffee shop
  • Turn left at the coffee shop and walk down the hall 
  • The Mission Conference room will be on the left
  • If you got to the cafeteria, you went too far
  • There should be plenty of staff around to ask directions      

It's a great idea to have support partners there too. There will be plenty of time during class to ask questions.
