OB/GYN consultations now offered at Essentia Health St. Joseph’s-Pierz Clinic

Patricia Segler, OB/GYN

Essentia Health St. Joseph’s-Pierz Clinic is pleased to offer OB/GYN consultation. Dr. Patricia Segler, an Essentia Health Obstetrician and Gynecologist based in Brainerd, will be at the Pierz Clinic once a month.

Dr. Segler is dedicated to helping women navigate their health through all stages of life. “What makes me smile everyday are my patients, “ she shared. “Whether it's the difficult news of telling somebody they have cancer and helping them through that time, giving them the hope that they need and are looking for, or the super fun possibilities of being there at the arrival of their new baby girl or boy, it's the patients that bring me the greatest joy in what I do every single day.”

Dr. Segler also practices at Essentia Health’s Baxter Specialty Clinic and at the Good Beginnings OB Clinic at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd in addition to delivering babies at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center. She enjoys working with patients to address any concerns.

“One of the common themes that I see women saying to me is that nobody quite understands what they're trying to tell them,” Dr. Segler says. “So I oftentimes will find myself saying, don't give up in searching for the truth that's right for you. You have to listen to yourself and believe in what you feel. And as long as it takes you to be heard, don't give up your voice.”

OB/GYN services include pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, incontinence, or reproductive health concerns, minimally invasive surgery, maternity, menopause and well-women care.
