Essentia Health waives fitness center registration fees for January

In an effort to improve health and wellness in the communities we serve, Essentia Health is waiving its fitness center registration fees for the month of January.

One-time registration fees are being waived at the Center for Personal Fitness, located at the Miller Hill Health Plaza; Esko Fitness Center; and Tiger Fitness Center in Maple. These fees are $50 at the Center for Personal Fitness in Duluth and $15 for the fitness centers in Esko and Maple.

Essentia has implemented robust infection-prevention measures to keep our fitness centers clean and safe, and we are adhering to all COVID-19 capacity restrictions. Masks are required while in our facilities and social distancing of at least six feet is strongly enforced.

“We are grateful to see many of our members back at our facilities, where our cleaning and disinfecting service is still the top priority,” said John Haugrud, sports medicine director at the Center for Personal Fitness. “We’re excited to enhance access to our top-of-the-line exercise equipment and introduce folks to everything we offer.”

Regular monthly membership prices remain in place. We also offer day and week passes.
