Essentia Health welcomes Dr. Amanda Noska

Amanda Noska, Internal Medicine

Dr. Amanda Noska, an Internal Medicine Physician, has joined the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic 3rd Street Building, Duluth, Minnesota.

“At Essentia Health, there is an extraordinary focus on quality and community service that I’m looking forward to being part of,” explains Dr. Noska. “I have experience managing the infectious disease care of vulnerable populations- in fact, I was one of the students at medical school to be involved in the initial start-up committee for CHUM Homeless Shelter’s student-run free clinic in Duluth.”

Dr. Noska earned a medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, Minnesota. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, and a fellowship in infectious disease at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and infectious disease.

“As an infectious disease doctor, I deeply value the bond between patient and provider that is inherent to the practice. I also appreciate that this specialty affords me the opportunity to address infectious disease related public health priorities in our community,” says Dr. Noska.
