Learn Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience in a Single Day

Crow Wing Energized’s Mental Fitness goal group and the ACEs and Resiliency Coalition (ARC) are bringing trauma awareness and resilience training to the community during Mental Health Awareness Month.

STAR-Lite is a single day research-supported experiential education training that integrates neuropsychology, trauma healing and resilience, restorative justice, nonviolent conflict transformation, and broadly defined spirituality. This full day training is designed for those wanting to understand psychological trauma and move toward building peace within their spheres of influence to satisfy the basic human need for justice.

Training cost will be $20, which covers materials and lunch. STAR-Lite has been approved for 6.5 hours of CEs for Teachers, Mental Health Providers, and Nurses. CEs are an additional $35. 5.5 hours of CLEs are also available for lawyers. CEUs:
