2nd Annual Workplace Wellness Conference from Crow Wing Energized
Healthy employees are key to a healthy business. Workplace wellness can help your business increase employee satisfaction, maximize productivity, minimize absenteeism, and manage healthcare costs. Crow Wing Energized invites small and large businesses to attend the free Workplace Wellness Conference Mental Fitness: 5 Ways to Increase Resiliency and Wellness in the Workplace on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Crow Wing County Land Services.
The 2nd annual Workplace Wellness Conference will equip you with tools to increase stress reduction and resiliency building skills as well as reduce mental health stigma reduction in the workplace. Attendees will establish connections with other local employers who are currently implementing best practices surrounding workplace wellness. Opportunities to apply for Workplace Wellness grants will be offered to support wellness-related initiatives in the workplace that help make the healthy choice the easy choice.
