The Essentia Health-Jamestown team ready to deliver their donation to the Salvation Army.
Beginning in early November and continuing into early December, the team at Essentia Health-Jamestown collected canned goods and other non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army.
In all, the Essentia Health team donated 200 pounds of food for families in the area. “We are so excited to be a part of the community and glad to help out with projects like this,” said Essentia Health Operations Director, Laura Hovland. “This food will help families who need it. No one should have to worry about putting food on the table for feeding their family.”
Food was distributed by the Salvation Army in time for the holiday season.
