Essentia Health Holy Trinity Hospital-Graceville Receives National Quality Award

Essentia Health Holy Trinity Hospital-Graceville is proud to be recognized by The Chartis Center of Rural Health and the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH) for overall excellence in Quality, reflecting top quartile performance among all rural hospitals in the nation.

“We are honored to receive this award once again. Our award-winning performance is made possible through the combined efforts of our excellent medical providers and support staff,” says Essentia Health-Graceville Administrator Julie Rosenberg. “Being recognized for the quality of care we provide is evidence of our constant focus to make a healthy difference in people’s lives.”

The Performance Leadership Awards are determined each year using the industry’s most comprehensive and objective assessment of rural hospital performance. Performance is assessed across more than 50 individual indicators and eight pillars of performance to determine the top performers. The Performance Leadership Awards recognize Quality, Outcomes and Patient Perspective.
