Hundreds of thousands of women in our country, and all too many right in our community will be diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer this year. Nearly 13,000 cases of invasive cervical cancer and around 252,000 cases of breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in 2017 alone.

Staff at Essentia Health want to catch the disease earlier and help you win the battle. They are hosting an event to answer any questions you might have about your personal health, or the health of a loved one.

Jessica Kleindl, DNP, will explain the best screenings and treatments for those cancers on Wednesday, November 1 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Graceville Community building.

Screening for breast and cervical cancers can be done at Essentia Health-Graceville, where the team is proud to provide you with care close to home.

No RSVP required. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
