The team at Essentia Health-Graceville is proud to say it is considered a top performer in quality for all rural hospitals in the nation.
This honor comes from the National Organization of State Office of Rural Health and the Chartis Center for Rural Health/iVantage Health Analytics. These organizations review 50 different metrics in three major categories to find an overall rating. This scorecard shows Essentia Health-Graceville was in the top 25 percent of all rural hospitals for quality standards. This assessment is considered one of the industry's most comprehensive reviews of rural hospitals.
"Thislevel of award-winning performance is made possible through the combined efforts of our medical providers and support staff who continuously strive to provide high-quality healthcare," says Essentia Health-Graceville Administrator Julie Rosenberg. "Being recognized for the quality of care we provide is evidence of our constant focus to make a healthy difference in people's lives."
"These leaders serve as a benchmark for other rural facilities as they strive to achieve similar results," says the National Leader of the Chartis Center for Rural Health Michael Topchik. "These places provide a blueprint for how to successfully run a hospital and serve their communities amidst today's uncertainty and mounting pressures."
